As the first and only non-metallic mineral powder materials R&D technology company in China we have performance natural sodium bentonite as the core material and complete deep processing technology of high-end powder. Production Process

Our core processing and production processes are environmentally friendly.
In this process, there is no waste gas and water generation, no COD and VOC, with excellent environmental characteristics. Grinding process adopts the design of workshop with independent fully enclosed space and negative pressure dust collection, so as to ensure there is no dust in the workshop and ultimate goal of green factory.

  • 01 Non-metallic suspension product applied in high-end precision manufacturing

    • The main application areas of this product are high-end mobile phone glass polishing, silicon-based wafer products precision polishing and grinding, metallographic materials polishing and grinding, precision metal structure parts polishing and grinding and other processes.
    • The product is mainly used to solve the problem of suspension of polishing powder in the system in the above process. It can replace imported high-end products, meet the production needs of domestic customers and fill the product gaps in the relevant domestic industries.   • 02 Non-metallic suspension product applied in daily chemical industry

    • The product is of non-toxic, non-hazardous, ultra-low heavy metal content, non-allergenic and widely compatible characteristics, and can be used in a wide range of products such as facial masks, make-up removers, skin cleansers, fabric protectors and laundry detergents.
    • The product has been approved by a number of important customers in the field of daily chemicals and has already achieved initial application. During the application trials of different make-up remover formulations, the product has shown excellent performance in cleaning and adsorbing a wide range of make-up and oil residues, reducing the damage caused by cosmetics to the skin.
  • 03 Non-metallic flocculant product applied in sewage treatment of fine chemical industry

    • This series of products has excellent pollutant adsorption performance, and has been widely used in the fine chemical industry, mainly in the fine chemical plant sewage treatment link, it has good adsorption effect on the COD in the sewage, and through the binary, multi-flocculation system for effective treatment of sewage, so that it can meet the industrial park sewage treatment discharge standards.
