  • technical service

           先将PFAUDER® XM410 按照一定比例加入到清水中，以中高剪切将其完全分散后，再加入其他材料

           为了提高性能和方便添加，最好预先制备10% 左右的固含成份凝胶. 在高剪切力( 高速碟型叶片的切线速度为15- 20 m/s) 下搅拌20- 30 分钟，预先制备凝胶时所添加的水必需是不含盐类及界面活性剂。

           可视体系需求添加预凝胶，在中剪切力下可显现易添加性但若存在其他固体材料( 颜料或填料) 则需另外使用高剪切力才能使其完全活化。

    添加量

    ◇ 视体系特性而定使用前请先试验最适添加量

    ◇ 一般对全量添加2-8.0 %
